Read carefully the wording on the package!!
Some are the duvet, quilt, comforter, coverlet, and a pillow sham (single or twin bed), and 2 pillow shams for double, queen or king beds.
Some are marketed as "bed in a bag" which includes the above and the fitted bottom sheet and top sheet.
Some are marketed as "sheet set" which is fitted bottom sheet, top sheet and pillow cases for larger than twin (only one pillow case for twin).
And then there are the ones that sell each piece separately!
You must read the contents of the package!
Many name brands like Charter Club, Ralph Lauren, etc. do that. They sell everything separate. The duvet, the pillow cases, the fitted sheet (the bottom sheet), etc.
that sounds like it is for a twin size bed. The pillow case might be a pillow sham??
next time go to jc penny for your sheet sets you get the whole package.
There is a difference between a duvet set and a sheet set. You bought a duvet and sham. You need sheets. Go back to the store and find a sheet set and you'll have your bottom sheet, top sheet, and pillow cover plus your duvet and pillow sham. NOW, you are ready to sleep!
